This play is run in the front court to get that last-second basket. As the play begins, 2 cuts to the backcourt, and the low player, 3, breaks up toward the ball. It is hoped that 3's defender will trail. When this happens, 3 loops around the wall and receives a lob pass from 1. To clear their defenders, 4 and 5 cut to the ball as soon as 3 loops around them.

If 3's defender does not trail with, 1 throws the ball to 3 on the wing and goes over the wall, looking for the lob from 3.
