1)
The Post X Continuity Zone Offense is a simple offense to run and is most effective against even-front zones.
The offense starts in something of a 1-4 high set as shown. The point guard, #1, can dribble the ball either left or right to initiate the offense. In this diagram, #1 begins by dribbling to the right.
#1 dribbles to the right side and passes to #2. #2 can start low in order to cut out to the wing or utilize a v-cut. #1 passes to #2 and then cuts down the lane and out to the ballside corner. #4 cuts across the lane to the mid-post behind #1's cut. #2 looks for #4 in the lane or to #1 in the corner. If #1 receives the pass, he can also look to #4 in the lane.

If a shot did not materialize in the previous sequence, #2 should reverse the ball to #5 stepping out to the top of the key. #5 swings the ball over to #3 as #1 cuts baseline to the corner. #4 and #5 then cross in the lane. #3 looks for #1 or #5 for a possible shot. If #1 receives the pass, he can also look to #5 in the mid-post area.

If nothing was available, the continuity will continue by #3 reversing to #4 at the top. #4 passes over to #2 on the opposite wing as #1 cuts through baseline to the corner. #4 and #5 cross in the lane. #2 looks for #4 in the lane or #1 in the corner. #1 looks to pass to #4.

4)
Skip Pass Option:
If the defense starts to cheat down, sometimes the skip pass will be available. If it is open, #2 can pass to #3 instead of reversing the ball through #5. #3 may have an open shot, but if not, the offense should progress in the same manner as before. #1 cuts through baseline to the opposite corner and #4 and #5 cross in the lane.

Throwback Option:
This option is utilized when the ball gets reversed back to the top, in this case #2 passing to #5. #1 begins to cut through opposite as #4 screens in for him. #1 uses the screen and pops back out to the corner. #5 passes back to #1 for the shot. #1 may also look for a pass into #4, who should be posting up following the screen.

6)
Baseline Drive Option:
When #1 has the ball in the corner, he has the option to drive baseline when available. When it is available, #5 should cut down the lane in hopes of a pass from #1 or for an offensive rebound. #4 should read the drive and step out for a possible pass back from #1.
