1)
Seven
When official hands the basketball to #3, #1 and #2 break hard to the corners. #5 picks a side and flashes to the low block. #4 goes hard to the opposite block. If ball side guard does not get the ball, he will release as the safety valve.

2)
Seven-Up
Same setup as 'Seven', however after 31 and #2 break to the corners, #4 steps up and screens off the defender. #3 throws a skip pass to #5 who steps back for a jump shot or 3-pointer. It is important for #5 to set up the defender by faking a cut to the basket.
It is also beneficial to run this play after running 'Seven'. The defenders will be prepared to defend the cut, but will be taken by surprise at the screen and skip pass.
This is such a simple play to run, yet I am amazed at how many easy layups and wide-open 3-pointers this creates.
